The Opel was in bad shape. The fuel pump leaked, the fuel line was partially clogged and the carburetor needed to be rebuilt. A Sony camcorder with a 40GB hard drive was set upon a tripod in the garage, and Amaya was offered a bonus if she could get the Opel started. It had started for her the day before but only after a long struggle. This video captures her trying to start the Opel on three different occasions with some very aggressive pumping. Amaya never did get the Opel started, but she got the bonus for her efforts.
