Skylar is sitting on her bed dressed only in her girdle and stockings when she decides to see if her car will start before she finishes getting dressed.  She cranks the 74 Scamp but it won’t start.  She finishes getting dressed and cranks again until it starts.  The balance of the tape involves various scenarios with Skylar cranking and driving the Scamp.
